基于Lotka-Volterra模型的科技企业孵化器与创投关系研究

In this paper, we discusse the cooperative behavior between the technology business incubator and venture capital in the incubation ecosystem. Based on lotka-volterra model, analyze the population relationship between the technology business incubator and venture capital, and discuss the Nash equilibrium solution. This study shows that, taxation has negative impact on cooperation between incubator and venture capital，while rational matching of policies can promote this cooperation．Therefore, governments should design reasonable tax incentives, financial subsidies to promote the incubator and venture collaboration in incubation ecosystem.
