磁性膨润土的制备及其对Cr(VI)的吸附处理
Preparation and characterization of magnetic bentonite and their applications for the removal of Cr(VI)
针对目前污水处理药剂成本较高、制备工艺繁杂、处理效果较差,使得净化水难达到排放标准的缺陷,采用改良后的溶剂热法制备出新型的Fe3O4磁性膨润土复合吸附剂(Fe3O4-壳聚糖/膨润土)。通过XRD、FTIR、SEM、TEM、TG-DTA等表征分析说明Fe3O4-壳聚糖/膨润土被成功制备,且缔合氢键为其拥有稳定结构提供了化学支撑。同时将其应用于重金属Cr(VI)的吸附处理中,考察了吸附剂用量、溶液浓度、吸附反应温度、pH 值等因素对吸附过程的影响规律。结果表明:在吸附剂对Cr(VI)的吸附处理中,酸性及高温条件更有利于吸附效率与吸附量的提升;且吸附过程遵循准二级吸附动力学。
Fe3O4-chitosan/bentonite (Fe3O4-CS/MMT) was synthesized via a modified solvothermal method. The composite adsorbent were characterized by XRD、FTIR、SEM、TEM、DT-TGA and then tested as adsorbents for the removal of Cr(VI). The Fe3O4-CS/MMT possessed of a stable structure due to the presence of hydrogen-bonding bewteen Fe3O4-CS and bentonite. Under the optimized conditions, the Fe3O4-CS/MMT Cr(VI) removal efficiency and adsorption capacity were 99.19% and 54.26 mg/g, respectively. The temperature and pH of solution are key factors for the adsorption and the adsorption kinetics followed a pseudo-second order equation.
