聚醚醚酮人工骨支架钽涂层制备及表征

为提高聚醚醚酮人工骨支架的综合性能,本研究采用直流磁控溅射技术,控制不同的溅射条件,在聚醚醚酮人工骨表面制备钽金属涂层,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、能谱分析等技术手段对制备出的钽金属涂层进行表征,结果表明,可通过控制不同的溅射气压制备出不同相的钽金属涂层,且所制备出的钽金属涂层纯度较高,致密性较好。
In order to improve the comprehensive properties of PEEK (polyether-ether-ketone) artificial bone scaffold, in this research the tantalum coating has been prepared on the surface of PEEK artificial bone by DC magnetron sputtering technology in different sputtering conditions. The prepared tantalum coating has been characterized by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and energy spectrum analysis technology. The results show that different phases of tantalum coating can be prepared by controlling different sputtering pressures and the prepared tantalum coating has high purity and good density.
