三相可控整流器故障波形仿真研究

在大功率可控整流装置中,最容易损坏的为功率器件(如晶闸管),对整流装置进行故障检测和诊断是至关重要的,但是首先要研究整流装置的故障波形。本文以某单位矿井提升系统为背景,使用MATLAB建立了一个可控硅变流器--电动机直流调速系统,对提升机提物上升的过程做出了仿真。调速方式采用转速、电流双闭环直流调速方式。使用三相桥式可控整流电路做主电路,归纳出8类故障并给出了故障电压、电流波形,并分析了故障波形的特点。区分了持续故障运行和突然故障两种状态并比较了它们的电压波形,由此发现了突然故障电压波形的过渡过程,可用于确定故障时刻。最后做了总结和展望。

In the high-power controlled rectifier, the device which is most likely to damage is power devices (such as the thyristors). So, fault detection and diagnosis of the rectifier device is essential, but first of all we must study the rectifier fault waveforms. In this paper, based on a flat background of mine hoist system, the MATLAB is used to build a thyristor converter - DC motor speed control system to simulate the process of hoist extracting. Speed control mode is the speed, dual-closed loop DC current mode. Three-phase bridge circuit of Rectifier is used as the main circuit. 8 categories of failure are concluded and the fault voltage and current waveforms are given, fault waveform characteristics are analyzed. Sustained fault operation and sudden failure is distinguished .The fault waveforms of two states are compared, thus the transition process of a sudden failure voltage waveform is found, which can be used to determine the failure moment. Finally, Summary and Outlook is made.
