蜂窝网络中用户流量使用模式挖掘
User Traffic Usage Pattern Mining in Cellular Network
基于从某运营商蜂窝网络中采集的三十多万用户业务流量数据,首先提取了三万多对网络有重要影响的重度用户,接着为了挖掘该重度用户流量使用的时间规律,创建了度量用户对不同时段偏好的特征向量。然后选用了合适的聚类算法,并使用肘方法、轮廓系数和CH指标这三种评估指标,得出了重度用户的4种流量使用模式。最后分析了每种用户流量使用模式的主要特征,为运营商的网络优化和精准营销提供了参考建议。
Based on the traffic data of more than 300,000 users collected from a carrier\'s cellular network, more than 30,000 heavy users who have significant influence on the network are extracted first, and then feature vectors that measure user preferences for different time periods are created to explore the time rule of the traffic usage of the heavy users. Then, the appropriate clustering algorithm is selected, and the three evaluation indexes of the elbow method, the contour coefficient and the CH index are used to obtain the four flow usage patterns of heavy users. Finally, the main characteristics of each user are analyzed, which provides reference suggestions for operators\' network optimization and precision marketing.
