BOT模式下的资金流分析

In our country, BOT financing model had been widely applied in the infrastructure projects., it has lots of partner and their economic relationship is very complicated. This article introduced the basic concepts of BOT financing model and the economic relations between the parties in construction phase and applying phase firstly, then analysed some problems occurred in investment in BOT models, project finance and fund recycling process, finally the author give some suggestions.
