仿生抗冲蚀阀芯的研究

为了增加调节阀阀芯在含沙水流中使用的寿命,采用仿红柳抗冲蚀外形的方式增加阀芯的抗冲蚀性能。通过分析红柳的抗冲蚀特性,给出六种仿生抗冲蚀结构以及不同的排列方式。然后将其应用到阀芯冲蚀磨损较为严重的区域,并使用FLUENT的离散相模型计算每一种仿生模型的冲蚀磨损率,并对比选择抗冲蚀性能最好的仿生结构。使用ISIGHT优化软件优化阀芯上抗冲蚀结构的参数,使其抗冲蚀性能最佳,从而提高了配水器中调节阀的寿命。

In this paper, the bionic tamarix chinensis anti- erosion structure is adopted to increase the life of the valve spool under the erosion of the sand in the injected water. by analyzing the anti-erosion morphology of tamarix chinensis, six bionic anti-erosion structures and the different arrangements are proposed. After adopting these bionic anti-erosion structures on the surface of the valve cone that is eroded seriously, the erosion rate of each bionic anti-erosion structure is calculated by using the discrete phase model in FLUENT. Then the bionic anti-erosion structure that has the best performance of anti-erosion is chosen to add on the surface of the valve cone. At last, the parameters of the anti-erosion structure of the valve core are optimized by the optimization software ISIGHT, in order to increase the life of the water distributor.
