第三方物流供应商的选择对物流外包企业的物流服务能力至关重要，文章以徐州某机械制造公司（简称公司XK）为例，运用模糊-层次分析法（FAHP）建立第三方物流供应商的评价指标体系层次结构，然后对指标进行标准化、一致性检验及权重计算，最后得出FAHP评价结果，从而实现科学选择第三方物流供应商，为企业提高物流外包质量提供了可靠保障。
he choice of a third logistics provider is more important for the logistics service ability of a logistics outsourcing enterprise. Taking a manufacturing company XK as an example, it built the structure of evaluation index system of choosing a third logistics provider, standardizing and checking the consistency of the indexes and calculating the weight, and then had a result by FAHP, which can provider a reliable guarantee for the enterprise to improve the quality of logistics outsourcing.
