桑树蛋白质含量与硝酸还原酶活性关系的初步研究

桑树吸收硝酸盐以后通过硝酸还原酶和亚硝酸还原酶还原成氨后参与蛋白质的合成。为了阐述硝酸还原酶在桑树蛋白质合成中的作用,本研究通过测定不同品种桑、桑叶的不同叶位,杂交系桑的蛋白质含量和硝酸还原酶活性,比较桑叶蛋白质含量和硝酸还原酶活性的特点与关系。实验结果表明,测试的品种中,麻桑的蛋白质含量最高,而竹叶青的硝酸还原酶活性最高。对桑叶的不同叶位测定,蛋白质含量存在显著差异,即嫩叶<老叶<成熟叶,但就硝酸还原酶活性而言,湖桑32号老叶的最高,成熟叶最低;而嘉陵40号成熟叶最高,老叶最低。桑树的杂交品系,杂交F1的蛋白质低于亲本,但硝酸还原酶活性高于亲本。综上结果表明,桑叶中的蛋白质含量与叶中的硝酸还原酶没有正相关关系。

Nitrate is reduced to ammonia by nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase and take part in protein synthesis of mulberry. In order to illustrate the role of the nitrate reductase in protein synthesis of mulberry, Nitrate reductase activity and content of protein were measured from the different varieties, different leaf position, and hybrid system. The experimental results showed that protein content of "Masang" was the highest among the variety measured and nitrate reductase activity of " Zhuyeqinghas" was the highest; There was a significant difference in protein content of different leaf position ,tender leaves < old leaves < mature leaves, but nitrate reductase activity was different in different variety. For "Husang 32" the activity of nitrate reductase was old leave 〉 tender leave〉mature leave ; For "Jialing40" , the activity of nitrate reductase was mature leave 〉 tender leave〉old leave . For Hybrid strains of mulberry, nitrate reductase activity of F1 was higher than parents but its protein content was lower than parents. To sum up, nitrate reductase in leaves and protein content in mulberry leaves in the absence of positive correlation.
