煤矿井下排水远程监控系统的设计
he Design of Drainage System Long-Distance Monitoring in Mine
井下排水是煤矿安全生产的重要组成部分,针对目前我国部分煤矿井下排水系统以人工操作为主、采用继电器控制、井下与地面通信难等问题,本文提出了一种基于Profibus-DP现场总线和MCGS上位机组态软件的井下排水远程监控系统的设计。通过现场总线将井下排水系统的各个参数上传到地面的监控中心,使地面工作人员能够实时的掌握井下排水系统的工作状态,便于作出决策,大大提高了煤矿生产的安全性。
rainage in under-mine is a important part of mine’s safe yield. Currently,there are also have some mines,their drainage system in under-mine also using artificial operation, relay control, and have difficult communication between under-mine with ground and so on. This article design a system of based on Profibus-DP Fieldbus and MCGS. Transmission the system parameters of under-mine to monitoring Center on Ground,and make staff can master system parameters of under-mine. Make decision become easy and strongly improve the safe of mine production.
