生物和谐进化假说
he Hypothesis of Creature’s harmonious evolution
在各类生物的分子、细胞器、细胞、组织、器官等多个层面的研究都充分说明,生物体是结构复杂、各部分之间配合灵巧的和谐体。而生物在物种以上水平的进化,常常以结构的根本改变为特征,结构的根本改变需要首先打破现有的和谐状态,以重建新的和谐状态。该过程涉及多结构多层次的变化,背后是许多次的DNA突变,染色体畸变等遗传物质的改变,而这也只能在多个世代中逐步实现。在这个过程中,旧结构的功能逐渐丧失,而新结构的功能尚不完善,这必然降低生物的生存能力和生殖能力,使之处于不和谐期。处于这个时期的某种生物,个体数量较少,分布局限,所以很难在地质记录上发现它们的蛛丝马迹。生物渡过不和谐期的条件是:食物丰富,天敌很少,种间竞争缺失或很和缓,即存在可供新结构发展和完善的空缺生态位。新生海岛、湖泊、历史上生物大灭绝后的环境等,都存在大量空缺生态位。因此在这些环境中,常会看到新生物种的大规模爆发。
he multi-lays’ researches on every kind of creature, such as molecule, cell machine, cell, organization and organ, etc., prove well that creature body is a harmonious body, which has complex but matching neatly structure. Creature’s evolution above species level, however, is usually characterized by the fundamental change of the structure. So firstly this evolution needs to break existing harmonious status and then rebuild a new one. The process involves multi-structural and multilayer varieties as a result of many times of genetic material changing including DNA mutation and chromosome aberration. These varieties have to take several generations to carry out step by step. In this process, the old structure loses function gradually and the new one can’t exercise normally still. This status inevitably lower creature’s viability and reproductive ability, which makes it be in a period out of harmony. During this period, creatures were in low number and distributed in limited areas. So it is very difficult to discover their clues in the geologic record. The premises that creatures can pass through the period out of harmony are abundant food, few natural enemies and lack of or rather tempered interspecies competition. In other words, there exist vacancy ecological niches which are of benefit to new structure developments. Many of vacancy ecological niches exist in new-born islands and lakes and the environments after creature annihilation in history etc. Therefore, large-scale explosion of new-born species can be often seen in these environments.
