数控机床动态特性测试分析系统研究与开发

基于C++/Qt平台开发了一种数控机床振动测试与频响函数分析软硬件系统,具有锤击实验、频谱分析、传函分析、信号连续采集等功能。通过采集切削加工过程中的振动信号,分析判断加工过程是否稳定,帮助诊断故障;通过锤击实验获取频响函数,为切削动力学仿真与切削参数优化提供依据。实验测试表明系统具有良好的精度和易用性,软件具有良好的可拓展和可移植性,为数控机床动态特性研究提供了一种高效便捷的工具。

vibration testing and requency response function analysis system for CNC machine tool is developed based on C++/Qt platform. The functions modules include hammer test, spectral analysis, transfer function analysis, signal continuous acquisition, etc. The vibration signals during the cutting process can help to determine the cutting stability and diagnose the problem. The frequency response functions which get by hammer test provide the basis for dynamics simulation and cutting parameter optimization. The experimental results show that the system has satisfied .
