节肢动物毒液蛋白的应用研究进展

节肢动物种类繁多,据估计可占所有动物总数的80%以上。节肢动物毒液丰富多样,组成复杂,含有多种具杀虫活性或药用价值的毒液蛋白,是发掘新型抗虫基因和药用分子的资源宝库,在农业和医学领域均具有广阔的应用前景。至今,节肢动物毒液蛋白的研究主要集中在蝎子、蜘蛛和社会性膜翅目昆虫如蜜蜂、蚂蚁等中,而对蜈蚣、寄生蜂等的研究较少。本文以蜘蛛、蜜蜂和寄生蜂为代表,简要阐述了节肢动物毒液蛋白的应用与前景。

rthropod is the animal group of the most diversity on the planet,and accounts for over 80% of all animal species. Diverse arthropod venoms contain a lot of bioactive compounds with potential value in pest control and therapy. It is a rich source for discovery of drugs and new pest-resistant genes, and has a broad application prospect in both agriculture and medicine. To date, arthropod venoms have been intensively studied in scorpions, spiders and social Hymenopteran species, such as bees and ants. In comparison, little has been done on the venoms of centipedes or parasitoid wasps. Taking spiders, bees and parasitoid wasps for instances, this review focuses on the advances and prospects on application of arthropod venom proteins.
