散血明目片对兔视网膜静脉阻塞模型iNOS表达的影响
Effects of SanXue MingMu Tablets on the expression of iNOS of rabbits’ retina vein obstruction model
目的:探讨活血通脉利水明目之散血明目片对兔视网膜静脉阻塞RVO模型的干预作用。方法:取健康有色家兔18只,每组6只,分别为:A组:健康空白组;B组:模型组;C组:散血明目片组。术后3,7,14d用空气栓塞法将动物处死后,采用免疫组化法观察视网膜组织中iNOS的表达。结果:散血明目片组3,7,14d三组的平均光密度值和平均灰度值的组间相互比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。平均光密度值越低,其对应的iNOS表达就越弱;相反平均灰度值越低,其对应的iNOS表达就越强。结论:活血通脉利水明目之散血明目片可以减弱兔RVO模型后视网膜由于缺氧而诱导的iNOS表达,由此可减轻NO的过量生成对视网膜视神经细胞造成的毒性伤害作用。
Object: to investigate the effects of SanXue MingMu Tablets(SXMMT) activating blood, relieving meridians, draining water and brightening eyes on the expression of iNOS of rabbits’ retinal vein obstruction. Methods: 18 healthy colored rabbits were divided into normal group A, model group B and SXMMT group C, each group containing 6 rabbits. The rabbits were killed respectively after 3 days, 7days and 14 days to investigate the expression of iNOS in the retinal tissue. Results: Comparing average light density and average ashy value of three groups, there was obviously difference. (p<0.01). The lower the average light density is, the weaker the expression of iNOS accordingly. On the other hand, the lower the average ashy value is, the stronger the expression of iNOS. Conclusions: It can decrease the expression of iNOS to the obstruction of the retinal vein due to lacking of oxygen, thereby to weaken the damage to retinal cells because of the over production of NO.
