成体平滑肌祖细胞与血管机械损伤修复的研究进展

平滑肌祖细胞是可以表达一部分平滑肌细胞标记和干细胞标记,可以分化为平滑肌细胞和其他细胞的一类平滑肌前体细胞的总称。平滑肌祖细胞在成体的骨髓、血管、外周血、骨骼肌、肾脏等多处组织均存在,在血管疾病、机械损伤修复等过程均起作用。血管损伤后,平滑肌祖细胞可以分泌多种细胞因子和生长因子,分化、增殖产生大量的平滑肌细胞,有助于动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定,并促进内膜新生中再狭窄的发生与发展。近期研究表明,平滑肌祖细胞对血管机械损伤的修复具有重要作用,并且不同来源的平滑肌祖细胞在不同方式和不同程度的机械损伤后的作用不尽相同。本文对平滑肌祖细胞的起源与分布,及其对血管机械损伤修复的研究进展进行综述。
Smooth muscle progenitor cells, with some smooth muscle markers and stem cell markers, are able to differentiate into smooth muscle cells in vitro directly, and can be induced to differentiate into other cells. Smooth muscle progenitor cells are in various tissues, including bone marrow, blood vessels, peripheral blood, skeletal muscle, kidney and other adult tissues, participation in vascular disease, atherosclerosis, Restenosis, mechanical damage repaired. Generally considered, smooth muscle progenitor cells can differentiate and mitosis to produce a large number of smooth muscle cell, contributed to restenosis when vascular injury. Smooth muscle progenitor cells can secrete a variety of cytokines and growth factors to stabilize the plaque. Recent studies have shown that smooth muscle progenitor cells are an important role in postoperative mechanical damage repair of vascular disease. Different sources of smooth muscle progenitor cells in vascular repair process, after different ways and varying degrees of mechanical damage, are in the role differently. In this paper, research progress, about smooth muscle progenitor cell origin and distribution, the role in vascular mechanical damage repair, was reviewed.
