随着信息技术的快速发展,在越来越多的应用场景中产生了海量且高速的数据。如何对海量数据流进行实时处理与分析,成为大数据时代的一大焦点。在这样的背景下,分布式流处理技术应运而生。在多种流处理技术中,Spark Streaming具有准实时性、一致性、容错性、吞吐量大、易与Spark生态系统其他组件融合的特点,并且提供了滑动窗口和增量式处理等操作。本文结合实际网管系统中的数据处理需求,利用Spark Streaming设计并实现了网管系统告警过滤算法,对重复告警进行过滤。

With the rapid development of information technology, big and high-speed data is produced in more and more scenarios. So how to process and analyze big data in real time becomes the focus problem in the Big Data Era. In this context, distributed data stream processing emerged. Among various stream processing technologies, Spark Streaming is quasi-realtime, consistent, fault-tolerant, high throughput, and easy to integrate with other libraries of Spark. Spark Streaming provides operations such as sliding windows and incremental processing. The thesis uses Spark Streaming to design and implement the alarm filtering algorithms in network management system based on practical need, in order to filter out duplicate alarms.
