对陕西凤县铅硐山铅锌矿区4个样地的植物根系的丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)和深色有隔内生真菌(DSE)进行了资源和分布调查。结果发现,在调查的20科36种常见植物的55个根样中,49个(89.1%)能够观察到AM典型结构;在有AMF侵染的30种植物中,17种(56.7%)形成Arum型菌根,9种(30%)形成Paris型菌根,4种形成I-型菌根,Arum型菌根相对占优势;根际土壤AMF孢子分布不均匀,孢子密度8-684个/100土,平均150个/100g土,孢子密度与AMF侵染率之间没有相关性(P>0.05);所调查根样中有46个被DSE侵染,侵染比例达到83.6%,AMF和DSE共侵染的根样有40个,占调查样品总数的72.7%,DSE侵染率与土壤Zn含量之间显著正相关(P<0.05)。调查结果表明,AMF和DSE能够广泛存在于铅硐山铅锌矿区,尤其是DSE表现出较强的耐受性和适应性。

he resource and distribution of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and dark septate endophytes (DSE) in four sampling areas in Qiandongshan Pb-Zn mine, Fengxian county, Shaanxi province, was investigated. 55 root samples of 36 different plants species in 20 families were analyzed, and the results showed that 49 samples (about 89.1% of the total) were typically colonized by AMF. Among the 30 plant species that infected with AMF, 17 of them (about 56.7%) formed Arum-type AM, and 9 plant species (about 30%) formed Paris-type, whereas only 4 plants belonged to I-type, Arum-type was more dominant than other types. The distribution of AMF spores in all rhizosphere soil samples was unevenly. AMF spore density ranged 8-684 per 100 g soil with an average of 150. No correlations were observed between the spore denstity and the AMF colonization rate (P>0.05). 46 root samples (about 83.6% of the total) were found colonized by DSE. Meanwhile, 40 samples were simultaneously colonized by AMF and DSE and accounted for 72.7% of the total samples. DSE colonization rate was significantly positively correlated with the total Zn content of soil (P<0.05). These results indicated that AMF and DSE commonly occur in Qiandongshan Pb-Zn mine, especially DSE has excellent heavy metal tolerance and adaptability.
