一种快速开合的低温靶防护罩设计分析

论文针对惯性约束聚变中,低温冷冻靶打靶前需要瞬间暴露的要求,设计了一种快速开合的防护罩结构,进行了防护罩运动机构设计、参数计算和结构建模;并对驱动机构运动曲线、运动参数进行了数值模拟,计算结果表明设计的防护罩运动机构50ms内可以开合62.09 ,且运动速度平稳无冲击,满足实验要求。
For the requirement of cryogenic target's instant exposure before shooting in the inertial confinement fusion,a kind of rapidly retractable shield structure is designed .Motion mechanism design,parameter calculation and structural modelling of the shield along with the numerical simulation of the driving mechanism's motion curve and motion parameters have been done in this paper.The calculation results show that the motion mechanism of the designed shield which can open and close in an angle of 62.09 within 50ms and whose movement velocity is smooth without impact meets the experimental requirements.
