基于MSP430的低功耗数控直流电流源设计

本系统设计实现了数控直流电流源,以超低功耗MSP430控制器为核心,控制16位数模转换器和MAX196模数转换器,实现步进为1mA,在0~2000mA范围内可任意设定的恒流源。系统由可控电源,恒流源,数据采集三大部分构成外围反馈连接,其中在恒流源电路中采用了16位DAC输出与采样电压的比较反馈,通过MSP430输出的PWM信号与外围的两个嵌套反馈实现高精度、低功耗、低纹波的恒流输出。
his system introduces the design of controllable constant-current source based on MSP430. The MSP430 is used to control two D/A and A/D, which makes sure the system outputs an adjustable and constant current. One can randomly set current value between 0 mA and 2000mA by the keyboard or set by step. The step of current adjustment can be available 1mA at least. The system consists of three main parts, controllable power supply, constant-current source , data-sampling , which all form the connection of outer circle feedback .Inside the constant-current source part ,a 16-bit DAC is included to form a second outer feedback, by the output of MSP430 PWM and the two outer feedbacks ,we can realize the high-precision,low power and low ripple current source .
