新型智库体系的运行和保障机制研究

Purpose/significance] The system of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics develops quickly, and steps into a new stage. Theres an urgent need to condense and radiate the vitality of think tank groups, to make it rationally distributed and coordinately operated with integrated advantages. [Method/process] Based on the observation of the new types of think tanks construction practice in China, this paper systematically combed and deeply analyzed the operational and guaranteeing mechanisms for the system of newtypes of think tanks in China. [Result/conclusion] To raise the overall level of the construction of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics, we should improve the organizational mechanism, and build its management framework and operational mechanism, maximizing the effectiveness of the system of new types of think tanks. We should also enhance its connecting mechanism, promote it to be embedded in policy networks and improve its environmental protection mechanism, laying solid foundations for the development of a system of new types of think tanks.
