基因芯片技术在植物耐盐基因研究中的应用

当今社会粮食安全、资源环境等问题严重制约着人类社会发展,而日益严重的土壤盐渍化正威胁着人类赖以生存的有限的土地资源。通过分析植物耐盐机制、研究耐盐相关基因进而提高作物的耐盐碱能力是植物育种工作急需解决的关键问题。但是植物耐盐是一个数量性状,涉及到多基因的协调作用,仅通过单基因的表达分析不能揭示植物耐盐的机理和基因的相互作用,而基因芯片技术具有高通量,易操作,可靠性好等特点,可以揭示大量基因的表达和调控情况。本文就基因芯片在水稻、大豆、小麦耐盐机理分析、耐盐基因表达等方面的应用进行综述,并对该领域的前景进行展望。
Nowdays,the problems of food security and environment have been restricting the development of human society. More and more serious soil salinization is threating the limited soil that the human survive with.The key problem needed to solve for plant breeding is improving the salt-tolerance of crops by analyzing the mechanism of plant salt tolerance and researching plant salt tolerance related genes.however,salt tolerance is a quantitative character which involves coordinating of many genes.So it can't reveal the mechanism of plant salt tolerance and the interaction of genes only by a single gene expression analysis.The genechip with the charcaters of high fiux, easy operation and high reliability can reveal the expression and regulation of a large number of genes.We have a review of the application of genechip in salt tolerance mechanism analysis and genes expression in rice, soybean and wheat and have a outlook about the application proepects in the field.
