本文基于对美国CONN-WELD香蕉筛在新巨龙选煤厂实际应用过程中300mm筛孔堵塞问题的研究,提出了一种新颖的解决大块物料堵塞筛孔的方案,这个方案涉及到一种新型分级香蕉筛的螺杆筛面的设计。本文主要讲述了这个螺杆筛面的方案设计和技术设计两个过程。设计过程中同时运用简易的设备进行了验证性的试验,根据试验结果进行优化设计,最终设计出一种可以很好的解决大块物料堵塞筛孔的螺杆筛面。

his article bases on the study of the congestion problem of 300 mm sieve hole emerging during the process of the CONN-WELD banana screen uses in NewJulong coal preparation plant, and puts forward a novel kind of scheme could solve the problem of big materials jam mesh, The scheme involves the design of a new type banana screen's screw sieve screen surface.This paper mainly introduces two process of the screw sieve screen surface of banana screen's schematic designand technical design. Finally, to experimentally study of the work effect of the banana screen designed by us.To put it to test with a simple device during the design process, based on the test results, we tried to optimize the design, finally, a kind of screw sieve which could be used to solve the blocking problem was designed.
