国土空间规划背景下村庄规划的实用性思考

With the reform of the planning system in our country, the village planning under the background of territorial planning has been transformed from the pursuit of development construction to practical control. Unification of village planning has become the main policy of Chinese village construction at present. But the "practicality" of village planning is still up for debate. Based on the experience and lessons of village planning and practice at the present stage, this paper probes into its practicability. Firstly, the practical connotation of village planning is interpreted from the basic concept. Secondly, the reasons for the impracticality of village planning are summarized and analyzed from the three aspects of administrative management, planning preparation and planning implementation. Then, the corresponding practical strategies are put forward to provide reference for the preparation and implementation of practical village planning.
