延长脲桥的单取代嘧啶磺酰脲类除草剂的设计、合成、及除草活性

为了寻找高效的磺酰脲类除草剂,以乙氧嘧磺隆的结构进行嘧啶环单取代改造,同时对苯环上的取代基进行变换或将苯环置换成其他共轭杂环。此系列设计合成了21个化合物,其结构均通过1H NMR和高分辨质谱表征确定,对其进行了除草活性测定。结果表明,大部分化合物具有一定除草活性,对双子叶植物的生长抑制活性普遍优于单子叶植物。
In order to find high efficient Sulfonylurea Herbicides,mono-substituted pyrimidine ring transformation were conducted based on the structure of Ethoxysulfuron.At the same time,the substituents on the phenyl ring were transformed or replaced the benzene ring with other conjugated heterocycles.21 compounds were designed and synthesized,Their chemical structures were established on the basis of corresponding 1 H NMR spectroscopy and HRMS,and their herbicidal activities were also assayed.?The results indicated that most of the compounds showed herbicidal activities ,?and the growth inhibitory activities on the Dicotyledons were better than Monocotyledons.
