Study on the Calculation of the Commutation Overshoot of HVDC Valve BasedonthePiecewise Fitting of Reverse Recovery Current of Thyristor
晶闸管、RC 阻尼回路和阀避雷器是特高压直流换流 阀一次回路主要组成部分,确定三类器件的参数匹配是特高 压直流换流阀电气设计的主要工作,本文揭示了换流阀换相 过冲电压的产生机理,确定了三类器件参数的交互影响规律, 建立了换流阀工作电路微分方程,通过对晶闸管反向恢复电 流分段拟合的方法求解了电路方程,通过试验的方法验证了 计算方法精确性。
hyristor, RC damping circuit and valve arrester are the main part of primary loop of UHVDC valve, determining the cooperation the parameters of the three types of devices is the chief work in the electrical design of UHVDC valve, in this paper, the mechanism of the commutation overshoot was revealed, the interaction effect of the three types of devices was also confirmed, then the circuit differential equation was established and the equation was solved by Piecewise fitting the reverse recovery current of thyritor, the precision of the calculation method that was put forward in the paper was proved by comparing the calculation results with the test results
