中国自然灾害频发,在应急救援过程中需要使用无人机对应急定位服务进行管理以提升救援速率和指挥精度。本文设计了山地林区中的无人机定位任务管理平台,具体地,该系统可以通过对应急场景下应急事件、应急设备(无人机、救援车等)、实验数据等内容进行管理,实现对应急事件的精确控制;其次,通过对应急事件的启停控制,在前端页面实时显示多无人机的路径规划方案和性能指标,方便指挥人员对应急现场的了解和控制;最后,通过对所有操作事件的日志化记录和前端可视化操作,方便后续指挥人员对发生过的应急事件进行复盘和决策。对于实际应急定位场景中,该平台具有综合管理、快速规划和可视化效果好的优势,为科学应急指挥提供了数字平台,除了在定位场景的应用,本平台还很容易扩展到应急数据传输、应急通信覆盖、应急设备抢修等场景,促进了应急救援数字化平台的发展。

ue to the frequent natural disasters in China, it is necessary to use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to manage emergency positioning services during rescue and response operations to improve rescue efficiency and command accuracy. This article designs an UAV positioning task management platform for mountainous forest areas. Specifically, the system can manage emergency events, emergency equipment (such as UAVs and rescue vehicles), and experimental data in emergency scenarios, achieving precise control of emergency events. Secondly, by controlling the start and stop of emergency events, the performance indicators and path planning plans of multiple UAVs can be displayed on the front-end page in real time, making it convenient for command personnel to understand and control the emergency scene. Finally, all operation events are logged and visualized on the front-end page, making it convenient for subsequent command personnel to review and make decisions about occurred emergency events.For actual emergency positioning scenarios, this platform has advantages such as comprehensive management, fast planning, and good visualization effects, providing a digital platform for scientific emergency command. In addition to its application in positioning scenarios, this platform can easily be expanded to emergency data transmission, emergency communication coverage, and emergency equipment repair scenarios, promoting the development of emergency digital platforms.
