关于建立中俄自由贸易区的论证

In the progress of economic development and reformation in China and Russia, the trade amount between two countries is soaring, and the level of economical and technical cooperation is rising. China and Russia are the largest neighboring countries of each other with complementary economy. There are great potential compared with the current proportion and level of trade and investment. On the occasion of financial crisis, world economy declining, protectionism reliving, there is great point in establishing FTA. The paper demonstrates the feasibility and necessary of establishing Sino-Russian FTA from the current state of trade, trade policies, pertinence of trade and similitude degree of export production.
