完全有序四方相钛酸钡粉体生长工艺研究进展综述

国内外对钛酸钡粉体制备和性能研究较多,但是对于粉体制备工艺和所形成的完全有序四方相的钛酸钡成瓷过程关系研究较少。本文综述了作者取得粉体制备工艺的最新成果和现有报道方法存在的缺陷。从陶瓷结构要求出发,指出四方相钛酸钡粉体制备形成的过程,粉体性能好坏,主要在于其能否各向异性有序生长形成完全四方相,而具体粉体晶相成份含量不会直接影响粉体成瓷质量, 国内粉体相关的评价体系应作出修正。
It is universally that the synthesis method of BaTiO3 is studied, but the relation between BaTiO3 ceramics microstructure and BaTiO3 powder synthesis is ignored. The paper introduced the newest achievement that author acquired, indicted the problem of traditional method and the ceramics micro-structure decided the powder quality, so the powder crystal intergradient should be a reference index, the criterion system of BaTiO3 should be revised.
