UMTS分组域拨测系统可以对移动核心网元的路由畅通性和业务性能进行测试,从而实现快速便捷的差错定位。它以从核心网不同接口接入,向目的网元发起信令及业务数据的方式达到测试目的。在UMTS移动通信系统中, RNS(Radio Network Subsystem)间的重定位是RANAP(Radio Access Network Application Part)协议规定的重要过程之一,自然也是拨测系统应该实现的功能。本文介绍了一种重定位流程的软件实现方法,可以用在核心网拨测系统中,模拟RNS功能实体通过Iu接口接入对SGSN网元进行拨测。通过实际仪表测试验证,wireshark软件抓取信令数据包分析,显示实现的功能流程符合3GPP标准。

UMTS PS domain test system can test the routing patency and service performance of the mobile core network. It access to core network from different interfaces to achieve the purpose in the way of initiating signaling and service data to the target network node. In the UMTS mobile telecommunication system, the relocation between RNS(Radio Network Subsystem)s is one of the important procedures of RANAP(Radio Access Network Application Part) protocol, so it should be implemented by the test system. This paper describes a software design method for relocation procedure, which can be used in the core network test system. Simulating the RNS functional entity access to CN, via the Iu interface, to test the SGSN network element. Verified by actual test instrument and the signaling data packet captured by wireshark, the function demonstrated is compatible with the 3GPP standard.
