水溶性茶渣半纤维素的树脂脱色研究

Study on de-coloration of water-soluble hemicelluloses extracted from green tea-leaf

研究大孔树脂脱除茶渣水溶性半纤维素色素的作用。筛选出一种树脂:大孔碱性阴离子交换树脂D280;静态吸附试验中,在pH值为6,温度为65℃时,D280的脱色效果最佳;在动态吸附试验验中,上样液pH值为6.5-7.5之间,25℃,上样浓度为2mg/mL,上样量为15-20个柱体积时,先收集合并流出液和去离子水洗脱液,冻干得到中性半纤维素多糖;再收集0.1mol/L的氯化钠溶液洗脱液,洗脱液脱盐冻干,得到酸性半纤维素多糖。D280能够初步分离纯化茶渣水溶性半纤维素多糖。

he effect resin on the de-coloration of water-soluble hemicelluloses from green tea-leaf was studied. Results showed that the anion exchange resin D280 represented good de-coloration ability. The best conditions for de-coloration of D280 were determined by static absorption as follows: T=65℃, pH=6. In the dynamic absorption experiment, under the conditions of 2.0mg/mL sample solution with pH6.5-7.5, temperature 25℃, volume 15~20BV. One polysaccharide which was mainly neutral sugar was obtained by collecting the solution flowing out and the fraction with water elution. Another polysaccharide which was mainly acid polysaccharides was obtained by collecting the fraction with 0.1mol/L NaCl elution. Experiments indicated that D280 was suitable for the preliminary purification and isolation of the green tea-leaf hemicelluloses.
