高压变频器在油田注水系统中的应用研究
Study of the High Voltage Converter applied in water supplying system of oil-field
本文对高压大功率变频器工作原理进行了简要阐述,本着建设节约型社会的原则,根据油田注水系统的实际节能状况,提出了在胜利油田孤东采油厂东一注水站利用高压变频器进行调压、稳流,实现全站节能减耗、优化运行的方案,并对其试验结果进行了分析,取得了良好的节能效果,得出了注水站可以利用高压变频器进行调节供水,实现节能的结论。
his paper simply elaborates the work principle of the High Voltage Converter. According to the actual condition of economizing energy of the water supplying system, we put forward the project that the First Water suppying Station of Victory oil-field Gudong extracting factory use the High Voltage Converter to adjust the voltage, stabilize the electric current and realize goal that the whole station economize energy, reduce consumption and optimize the circulation, upon the principle of constructing economical society. At last, through the analysis on the result of experiments, we get the result that with the application of High Voltage Converter, the Watering Station can adjust water supply and realize the goal of economizing energy.
