我国出版企业实施多元化经营战略的思考

随着社会的进步和科学技术的发展,传统纸质出版行业的竞争日越来越激烈,改变传统的专业化经营战略为多元化经营战略成为传统出版行业应对危机的选择之一。但是并不是所有的出版企业在任何时候都适合进行多元化经营,本文针对出版企业实施多元化经营战略的优势和劣势以及进入的原则进行的分析和研究,为出版企业多元化战略的实施提供理论参考。
With social progress and scientific and technological development,competition in the traditional paper publishing industry becomes more intense.Changing the traditional specialized business strategy for diversified business strategy become one of the options for the traditional publishing industry to response to the crisis.But not all publishing industry at any time are suitable for diversification.In this paper, based on analyzing and researching on the strengths and weaknesses of the diversification strategy and the principles of incoming, providing a theoretical reference for implementing diversification strategy of the publishing business.
