微波辅助离子液体测定环境中残留红霉素的研究
Study on determination of erythromycin residue in environment by microwave-assisted ionic liquids extraction
离子液体作为一种绿色溶剂已经引起了广泛的关注,但对于微波辅助离子液体萃取分离技术的研究较少。本文以疏水性离子液体[Bmim]PF6为对象,考察了微波条件下,在不同萃取体系中影响红霉素萃取率的因素。并通过得出微波辅助离子液体萃取分离红霉素的最佳工艺条件为:在303.15 K的温度下,调节体系pH=6~7,微波辐射功率为210 W,采用间歇辐射的方式,单次辐射时间为20 s,辐射3次。离子液体的用量为3 g,萃取率为90.7%。同时,建立微波辅助离子液体富集分离分析牛奶中红霉素的方法。该方法的检出限为4 μg/kg,线性范围在5~50 μg/L,RSD=1.7。
s a kind of green solvent ionic liquids have attracted more and more interests, but there are few studies on microwave-assisted ionic liquids extraction. This paper treats hydrophobic ionic liquids [Bmim]PF6 as the object and under the condition of microwave radiation, investigates factors which will influent the extracting rate of erythromycin in different systems. The optimum technical conditions have been found by orthogonal experiment and it is: the temperature is 303.15k; the pH is 6 to 7; the microwave radiation power is 210w; the way is intermittent radiation (3 times and each lasts for 20s). The dosage of hydrophobic ionic liquids ([Bmim]PF6 is 3g and the extraction rate are 90.7%. Meanwhile, the analytic method of erythromycin in milk by microwave-assisted ionic liquids extraction was established. For the proposed method, the detection limit of 4 μg/kg, linear range of 5~50 μg/L, relative standard deviation of 1.7 were achieved.
