脉冲产生方式是超宽带技术研究重点之一，其脉冲生成电路各有不相同，但可归结为几类典型器件及基本电路，本文较为详细和系统的介绍了这几类常用的超宽带脉冲产生器件及电路，给出了它们的优缺点，对存在的问题进行了研究，为设计超宽带脉冲产生电路提供了有益的经验
he method of generating UWB pulses is one of the most important techniques of UWB.The circuits for generating UWB pulses are always different from each other，but there are only several kinds of typical components and basic circuits among them.This paper presents the components and the circuits in detail,points out their advantages and disadvantages, and discusses some of the existing questions,which may give some valuable help for designing circuits for generating UWB pulses
