回火工艺对冷轧釉化用钢组织和性能的影响
Effect of Tempering on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of a Cold Rolled Enameling Steel
本文研究了一种冷轧釉化用钢在760 C和815 C模拟釉化烧结后屈服强度下降的原因,以及回火工艺对釉化烧结后的组织和性能影响。结果表明:在760 C和815 C热处理空冷后的显微组织晶界上会出现富集C、Mn、Si的块状贝氏体铁素体相,导致屈服强度降低。经过400 C~600 C回火处理,随着回火温度的升高,块状相逐渐消失,转变为层片状珠光体,屈服强度得到不同程度的提高。在700 C回火后,在晶界出现颗粒状渗碳体,屈服强度又略有降低。对815 C热处理空冷后的钢板,在200-300 C回火后提高屈服强度的效果不明显,经过400 C~600 C保温5 min的回火处理后的屈服强度比轧制态高约40MPa。
In this paper the reasons why the yield strength of a cold rolled enameling steel decreases after enameling firing at 760 C and 815 C, and the effect of tempering process on the microstructure and mechanical properties are studied. The results show that after heat treatment at 760 C and 815 C by air cooling, the lump phase enriched with the elements of C, Mn and Si appears along the grain boundaries, which leads to the yield strength reduction. After tempered at 400 C~600 C, as the increase of the tempering temperature, the lump phase disappears gradually and transforms to lamellar pearlite, resulting in yield strength increasing. When tempered at 700 C, cementite particles appear in the grain boundaries and the yield strength decreases slightly. For the samples after heat treatment at 815 C by air cooling, the tempering at 200-300 C does not increase the yield strength evidently. After tempered at 400 C~600 C for 5 min, the yield strength is increased about 40MPa compared to that of as cold rolled sample.
