热变形Nd-Fe-B磁体研究现状与发展趋势

Research status and development tendency of hot deformed Nd-Fe-B magnets

简述了热压磁体制作工艺及热压设备发展现状,选择电阻加热并Ar气保护的真空热压设备有利于实现MQIII磁体产业化,背挤压圆环技术是制备高性能辐射取向环的理想方法,概述了该技术使用的两种路径:环状或圆柱状坯料挤压。晶界扩散工艺将是提高热变形磁体矫顽力的一种有效途径。

In this paper,development of hot pressing technology and device is reviewed. The use of glove-box filled with argon and equipped with Joule-heating compaction contributes to mass production of hot-deformed magnet. Backward extrusion technology is an idea method to fabricate radially oriented high energy product anisotropic Nd-Fe-B ring magnet. Two common shapes of green body can be used to categorize these fabrication routes: ring-shaped and cylindrical magnets extrusion. The grain boundary diffusion process is an efficiently way to improve coercivity of hot-deformed magnet.
