植物钙网织蛋白基因(Calreticulin,CRT)研究进展
Reaserch advanced in Calreticulins(CRT) of higher plants
高等植物内质网上存在具有钙离子结合能力的钙网织蛋白,编码该蛋白的基因具有三个典型的功能结构域。研究表明,该蛋白具有多种生物功能,如分子伴侣,细胞内钙离子调节,参与植物生长发育,调节植物抗逆胁迫等。本文将阐述该基因的结构、亚型,并重点综述该蛋白在植物中发挥的作用。
alreticulin is an abundant Ca2+-binding protein predominantly located in the endoplasmic reticulum(ER) of higher plants.All plant CRTs identified consist of three distinct structural domains linked to different functions so far. There were plenty of researches showed that CRT was a multifunctional protein such as a chaperon and modulator of Ca2+ signaling in ER, a key player in plant growth and development, a powerful regulator in plant responses to various stresses.The structure, isoforms and biological function were reviewed in this paper.
