Moldflow分析结果辅助评价系统

工艺条件是影响注射成型制品质量的重要因素,采用CAE模拟软件进行注射成型的工艺优化不但能降低成本,提高效率,而且能提高注射制品的质量。本文采用ActiveX技术和可视化编程工具VB,实现对Moldflow的二次开发,通过建立一个Moldflow分析结果辅助评价系统来帮助用户按照一定的标准来评价Moldflow分析结果,并对制品缺陷的风险进行评价,对用户使用Moldflow将会有一定的帮助。本文最后通过实例演示表明,使用本系统不但能够有针对性的分析Moldflow结果,而且还能够提高设计效率,为进一步优化提供参考。
Processing conditions are important factors that affect the quality of injection molding products. So the process optimization in the use of CAE simulation software can not only reduce cost, improve efficiency, but also enhance the quality of products. In the paper, a program called aided evaluation system of Moldflow analysis results was developed based on the ActiveX technology and the secondary development technology of Moldflow. The system will help users to evaluate the Moldflow analysis results and the risk of defects in injection molding. Finally, a example in this article showed that the use of the system will not only be able to help analysis the Moldflow results, but also be able to improve the design efficiency and provide a reference for further optimization.
