共轭亚油酸（CLA)是一种具有多种生理功能的活性物质。近年来，关于CLA的研究越来越受到人们的关注。本文主要从CLA对血脂水平、对血小板凝集性和动脉内膜脂质沉积的影响等角度概括了CLA抗动脉粥样硬化方面的研究进展，并分析了其可能存在的的机制。
s an active substance, conjugated linoleic acid plays different roles in many physiology functions. Research on conjugated linoleic acid has received more and more attention in recent years. This paper is an overview about the progresses of studies about conjugated linoleic acid’s anti- atherosclerosis from following aspects: plasma lipid level, blood platelets and aggradation of blood fat in artery. The probable mechanisms are also discussed.
