EGFR酪氨酸激酶抑制剂对体外培养Tca8113细胞的作用

Objective: To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor in human tongue squamous carcinoma and the effects of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor on Tca8113 cell in vitro. Methods: Using SP immunohistochemical analysis to detect the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor in human tongue squamous carcinoma and the Tca8113 cell; Using different concentration of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor treat the Tca8113 cell in vitro 24 to 72 hours, MTT method to detect cell proliferation activity, Flow cytometry to observe apoptosis situation. Result: 31cases of EGFR positive expression an 12 cases of EGFR negative expression in 43 patients with tongue squamous carcinoma.Tca8113 cell tested positive for EGFR expression. Application of epidermal growth factor tyrosine kinase inhibitor treat Tca8113 cell, cell proliferation activity decreased and apoptosis increases; the effect of drug action by the influence of the concentration and duration. Conclusion: EGFR in human tongue squamous carcinoma tissues have a higher degree of expression, Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors on Tca8113 cell proliferation inhibition.
