一种RF主动供能无线传感器能量管理电路的研究
Study on Energy Management Circuit for the RF Active Powered Wireless Sensor
周围环境中的电磁能能量密度低,无法用来驱动无线传感器工作。论文设计了一种RF主动供能式的无线传感器,该传感器采用互感型双调谐整流电路采集RF电磁波能量,在输入电磁波频率为447MHz时电路发生谐振,电路的Q值达到16,效率达到33%。在距离为5.6m,输入功率为-13dBm时,储能电容的电压可以达到0.7V。一种瞬间放电电路可以在很短时间内释放储能电容存储的能量,提升输出电压和功率,提高能量利用率和驱动能力。实验表明4700uF储能电容电压为0.7V时,通过瞬放电路可以成功驱动最大功耗为28mW的无线传感系统正常工作,效率达到40%。
Energy density of electromagnetic energy in the surroundings is low, which cannot be used to drive wireless sensors. A RF active powered wireless sensor is proposed in the article. The mutual inductance dual tuned rectifier circuit adopted in the article achieves resonance state with the Q value 16 and efficiency up to 33% when the frequency of input electromagnetic wave is 447MHz. When the communication distance is 5.6m and input power is -13 dBm, the voltage across energy storage capacitor can reach 0.7V. The energy stored in the capacitor is discharged by the instaneous discharging circuit, improving the energy utilization rate and level of driving capacity. Experimental results show that when the voltage across the energy storage capacitor of 4700uF is 0.7V, the proposed circuit can drive the wireless sensor whose maximum power consumption is 28mW successfully with the efficiency achieving40%.
