Study Study on the competency model of College Counselors
研究采用行为事件访谈技术来确定高校辅导员的胜任特征,并以此编制胜任力行为问卷,对480名高校辅导员进行了问卷调查。探索性因子分析表明高校辅导员的胜任力可归为四个因子:工作品质、管理特征、个人特质、文化意识和学生素养,验证性因子分析表明该模型拟合良好。
his Research uses behavioral event interview technique to make sure the competency of college counselors, and based on this we work out Competency behavior questionnaire for 480 college counselors. Exploratory factor analysis shows that the competency of college counselors can be classified as four factors: work quality, management characteristics, personal characteristics, cultural awareness and student literacy; Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.
