基于启发式算法的空时自适应处理的波束形成改进

针对圆阵下基于干扰子空间投影的空时自适应处理算法存在的旁瓣过高的问题,采用了五种启发式算法,包括蚁群算法、风驱动算法、萤火虫算法、布谷鸟搜索算法和蝙蝠算法,在五个宽带噪声干扰和混合干扰两种情况下对波束形成结果进行优化并比较分析。通过调整圆周上天线的位置,更改旁瓣的增益,进而降低旁瓣。实验结果证明,启发式算法对波束形成结果的优化效果较为明显,能够对旁瓣进行抑制的同时改善主瓣偏移问题。经过比较可以得出,在五种算法中蝙蝠算法的优化效果最好。

ITo solve the problem of higher sidelobes space-time adaptive algorithm based on interfering subspace projection in circular array, we use five heuristic algorithms, including Ant Colony algorithm, Wind Driven algorithm, Firefly algorithm, Cuckoo Search algorithm and Bat algorithm, to optimize and compare beamforming simulation results under 5 wideband noise interferences and mixed interferences. The gain of and sidelobes is changed by adjusting the position of the antenna on the circumference. Therefore the sidelobes is decreased. The experimental result shows that the heuristic algorithm is more effective in optimizing beamforming results and can suppress the sidelobes and improve the mainlobe skewing at the same time. After comparison, it can be concluded that the bat algorithm has the best optimization effect in five algorithms.
