球文石是碳酸钙中最不稳定的晶型,但其在生物矿物中广泛存在。本文以浙江诸暨淡水养殖珍珠为对象,研究了珍珠中球文石和文石的高温稳定性和溶解稳定性。结果显示珍珠中球文石和文石有近似的高温稳定性,其相变温度在520℃左右。球文石在水溶液中也可以稳定存在,去离子水中浸泡20天后未发生相变。球文石与文石在EDTA和柠檬酸溶液中表现出相似的稳定性。最后,本文对于球文石在珍珠中稳定存在的原因进行了讨论。

Vaterite is the most unstable crystal structure of Calcium Carbonate, but it is widely existed in biomineral crystals. In this paper, the stability in solutions and at high temperature of vaterite and aragonite in freshwater pearls was studied by analyzing freshwater cultured pearls in Zhuji Zhejiang. The results show that the stability at high temperature of vaterite and aragonite in freshwater pearls is parallel, and the decomposed temperature is around 520 degrees centigrade. Vaterite exists stably in aqueous solutions, which dipped in deionized water for 20 days without phase transition. Varerite and Aragonite also represent similar stability in Ethylene Diamine Tetracetic Acid (EDTA) and Citric Acid solutions. In this paper, the cause of vaterite existed stably in freshwater pearls was discussed.
