考虑质量损失与后验概率的多响应稳健参数设计

Multi-response Robust Parameter Design Considering Quality Loss and Posterior Probability

多响应稳健参数设计通常涉及多元过程的稳健性度量、多响应之间的相关性、多目标优化的冲突、过程模型的预测性能以及优化结果的可靠性评估等问题。针对上述诸多问题,本文在贝叶斯统计建模的框架下结合多元质量损失函数与贝叶斯后验概率方法提出了一种多响应稳健参数设计的新方法。实例研究表明:与以往的研究方法相比,新方法在统一的贝叶斯模型框架下不仅通过多元质量损失函数考察了多元过程的稳健性,而且还结合贝叶斯后验概率方法评估了优化结果的可靠性,从而获得了更为稳健、更加可靠的参数设计值。

Multi-response robust parameter design generally involves a series of questions including robustness measurement of multivariate process, correlation of multiple responses, confliction among multiple goals, prediction performance of process model and the reliability assessment for optimization results, etc. In this paper we present a new approach for multi-response robust parameter design to deal with the above questions. The proposed approach integrates an improved multivariate quality loss function with Bayesian posterior predictive approach based on the framework of Bayesian statistical modeling. The case study shows that the proposed approach not only focuses on the robustness of multivariate process by the multivariate quality loss function, but also evaluates the reliability of an acceptable optimization result for any set of operating conditions via the Bayesian posterior probability method in a united framework of Bayesian model. Therefore, the proposed approach can obtain more robust and reliable value of design parameters than previous research methods.
