非接触式结构动力特性识别方法研究

针对传统结构振动监测中存在的弊端,比如传感器和线缆布设困难、干扰交通等,提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的非接触式结构动力特性识别方法。发展了基于模板匹配算法的多点结构动态位移计算方法,利用多点结构位移时程信号识别结构动力特性。制作模拟桥塔的钢竖杆并安装LED灯和加速度传感器,同时采用机器视觉位移测量系统和加速度测量系统进行振动监测及动力特性识别比较研究,试验结果表明本文方法和加速度测量方法计算得到的结构动力指标相当吻合,验证了本文方法在结构动力特性识别方面的可行性。

noncontact structural dynamic characteristics identification method based on machine vision technology is proposed in order to overcome the existent drawbacks of traditional structural vibration monitoring, such as difficult arrangement of sensors and wires, disturbance of traffic, etc. The method of multi-point structural dynamic displacement calculation based on pattern matching algorithm is developed. Structural dynamic characteristics are identified by use of multi-point structural displacement time history signals. A vertical steel bar to simulate the bridge tower is fabricated and LED lamps and accelerometers are deployed. A comparative study of vibration monitoring and dynamic characteristics identification are conducted with the vision-based displacement measurement system and the acceleration measurement system synchronously. The experimental results demonstrate that the structural dynamic indicators analyzed by the proposed system and the acceleration measurement system are quite consistent, which validates the feasibility of the proposed method for structural dynamic characteristics identification.
