液固流化床高效分选粗煤泥试验研究
Experiment study on coarse slime enhance separation using the liquid-solid fluidized bed separator
论述了液固流化床分选机的工作原理，并应用液固流化床分选机对庞庄选煤厂粗煤泥进行了分选试验研究，研究结果表明上升水流量对分选效果产生显著影响，柱体高度也是影响分选效果的重要因素。当要求精煤灰分为10%左右时，精煤产率在65%左右，数量效率均达到85%以上，可能偏差E值为0.08左右，取得了较好的分选效果。
he working of the liquid-solid fluidized bed separator is discussed; some separation experiments of coarse slime have been done on it. Research results show that upward flow velocity and height of column have a significant effect on separating process. When fine coal ash is required for 10%, plant yield attaches at 65%, quantity efficiency reaches 85%, possible deviation E is about 0.08, better separation effect is obtained.?????
