基于广义预测控制的无刷直流电机控制研究
Study on Brushless DC Motor Control Based on Generalized Predictive Control
在控制精度高、响应速度快的场合,传统控制策略对无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的控制很难达到理想效果。本文论述了一种基于广义预测控制(Generalized Predictive Control ,GPC)的无刷直流电机控制方法。设计了无刷直流电机控制系统的双闭环结构。外环为GPC转速控制器,它以电机、逆变器等结构为被控对象,将给定转速、实时转速、实时电流作为输入,输出电流值作为内环控制器的输入。内环采用电流滞环控制,其输出作为逆变器的输入。使用Matlab搭建仿真模块并运行后,证明该方法模型要求低、抗干扰性强、控制效果良好。
Under the circumstance of high control precision and quick response of speed, it is difficult for traditional control method to control brushless dc motor(BLDCM)well. This paper introduces a method of Generalized Predictive Control (GPC) for brushless dc motor which designs double closed loops structure of BLDCM control system. Outer ring is GPC speed controller whose control objects are the motor and the inverter. Given speed, real-time speed, real-time current are inputs. And the output of current value is the input of the inner ring. Inner ring controller uses the current hysteresis control whose output is the input of inverter module. After running Matlab simulation model, GPC is proved to have low requirements for model, strong anti-interference and good control effect.?????
