本文基于企业间关系的视角,对企业声誉的概念进行全面梳理,继而探讨影响企业声誉的因素,并重点对企业声誉测量与声誉管理模型两个方面进行述评。从企业间关系视角提出对声誉相关理论的见解,并希望通过对声誉理论研究的综述,为企业间合作提供相应的理论支持,为企业创建与维护企业声誉提供一定的理论指导。

In this paper, we will comb the definition of corporate reputation, research the influencing factors of the corporate reputation, summary the evaluations of corporate reputation, collection the reputation management models. We put forward our views on the theory of reputation from the perspective of inter-firm relations. We hope that this paper can provide some theoretical guidance for corporation, which can create and maintain corporate reputation through this review of theoretical research on the reputation.
