多孔壳聚糖微球的制备及其性能研究
Preparation of porous chitosan microspheres and studies on its properties
采用交联法制备了聚乙二醇改性壳聚糖微球,利用甲苯作为有机分散介质,戊二醛作为交联剂,聚乙二醇为致孔剂,通过反相悬液交联法制备了微米级窄分布多孔壳聚糖微球。并将其用于研究聚乙二醇分子量对所成球粒径的影响。结果表明:在pH为10-11、搅拌速度为120r/min、戊二醛的滴定速度为0.26mL/min时最有利于成球。
Porous chitosan microspheres, a kind of carrier, was applied to discuss the molecular weight of polyethylene glycol into the impact of the ball diameter. Chitosan was modified with toluene as dispersed medium , PEG as porogen and glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent and modified by polyethylene glycol. And narrow-distribution of the micro-porous chitosan microspheres was prepared by RP-suspension cross-linking. The optimum conditions for preparing porous chitosan microspheres were as follows: the pH was between 10 to 11, stirring speed was 120r/min, and the titration rate of glutaraldehyde was 0.26mL/min.
